Nich\u00e9 au c\u0153ur des Alpes suisses, loin des grandes villes, l&#039;approche d&#039;Aiglon en mati\u00e8re de soins de sant\u00e9 garantit \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tudiant un acc\u00e8s imm\u00e9diat \u00e0 une assistance m\u00e9dicale sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e, qu&#039;il s&#039;agisse de probl\u00e8mes quotidiens ou de situations urgentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au c\u0153ur de ce syst\u00e8me se trouve une \u00e9quipe d\u00e9di\u00e9e de huit infirmi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riment\u00e9es, disponibles 24 heures sur 24, sept jours sur sept. \u00ab Nous travaillons par roulement \u00bb, explique Hannah Ferguson, directrice adjointe des services de sant\u00e9. \u00ab En journ\u00e9e, trois infirmi\u00e8res sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de garde, et la nuit, une infirmi\u00e8re est de garde pour apporter une expertise suppl\u00e9mentaire, si les responsables de r\u00e9sidence ont besoin de soutien. \u00bb Cette pr\u00e9sence permanente rassure constamment les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, le personnel et les parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soins imm\u00e9diats et professionnels<\/strong><br>Le centre de sant\u00e9 de l&#039;\u00e9cole, un chalet accueillant au pied du campus, est \u00e9quip\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de besoins m\u00e9dicaux. \u00ab Dans de nombreux cas, les \u00e9tudiants peuvent \u00eatre pris en charge sur place \u00bb, explique R\u00e9mi Gravier, directeur adjoint des soins infirmiers. Le centre comprend des chambres d\u00e9di\u00e9es, permettant aux \u00e9tudiants n\u00e9cessitant une surveillance \u00e9troite \u2013 comme un \u00e9tudiant r\u00e9cemment soign\u00e9 par n\u00e9bulisation pour une bronchite \u2013 de recevoir les soins n\u00e9cessaires sans avoir \u00e0 quitter le campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les cas plus complexes, Aiglon dispose de deux cabinets m\u00e9dicaux \u00e0 proximit\u00e9, tous deux accessibles \u00e0 pied, proposant des diagnostics avanc\u00e9s comme des radiographies. En cas d&#039;urgence, l&#039;intervention est rapide et coordonn\u00e9e. L&#039;infrastructure habituelle de la station de ski soutient \u00e9galement l&#039;\u00e9cole, d&#039;autant plus que les h\u00e9licopt\u00e8res sanitaires a\u00e9riens constituent le moyen de transport le plus efficace. \u00ab R\u00e9cemment, lorsqu&#039;un \u00e9l\u00e8ve a eu un accident de ski, un h\u00e9licopt\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9 directement sur les pistes pour l&#039;emmener directement \u00e0 l&#039;h\u00f4pital \u00bb, se souvient M. Gravier. Avec l&#039;H\u00f4pital Riviera-Chablais (HRC) \u00e0 seulement 25 minutes, les soins m\u00e9dicaux les plus urgents sont toujours \u00e0 port\u00e9e de main.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Au-del\u00e0 des soins d&#039;urgence : une approche holistique<\/strong><br>\u00c0 Aiglon, les soins de sant\u00e9 vont bien au-del\u00e0 du traitement des blessures et des maladies. La pr\u00e9vention est une priorit\u00e9 absolue\u00a0: des infirmi\u00e8res d\u00e9di\u00e9es supervisent les programmes de vaccination, la pr\u00e9paration aux premiers secours et les bilans de sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9raux. \u00ab\u00a0Une infirmi\u00e8re est charg\u00e9e de s&#039;assurer que toutes nos trousses de premiers secours sont bien \u00e9quip\u00e9es pour les exp\u00e9ditions\u00a0\u00bb, explique Mme Ferguson, soulignant l&#039;approche proactive adopt\u00e9e pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des \u00e9tudiants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#039;engagement de l&#039;\u00e9cole en faveur du bien-\u00eatre englobe \u00e9galement la sant\u00e9 mentale, la nutrition et le d\u00e9veloppement personnel. L&#039;\u00e9quipe interne comprend des sp\u00e9cialistes du soutien en sant\u00e9 mentale, et lorsqu&#039;une expertise suppl\u00e9mentaire est n\u00e9cessaire, Aiglon s&#039;associe \u00e0 des professionnels de confiance, tels que des praticiens de pleine conscience, des art-th\u00e9rapeutes et des nutritionnistes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une culture de soins<\/strong><br>Plus qu&#039;un simple service m\u00e9dical, l&#039;offre de soins de sant\u00e9 d&#039;Aiglon fait partie int\u00e9grante de sa philosophie\u00a0: une \u00e9cole o\u00f9 les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent repousser leurs limites, sachant qu&#039;ils sont accompagn\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape.
