Le monde entier se remettait des destructions inimaginables caus\u00e9es par la Seconde Guerre mondiale. De nombreuses villes \u00e9taient encore en ruines et les infrastructures de base, comme les routes, les ponts et les usines, \u00e9taient gravement endommag\u00e9es et perturb\u00e9es \u00e0 travers l&#039;Europe. Des millions de personnes avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9plac\u00e9es et l&#039;instabilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et politique \u00e9tait consid\u00e9rable. L&#039;avenir du monde semblait incertain. 1949 fut notamment marqu\u00e9e par la cr\u00e9ation de l&#039;Organisation du trait\u00e9 de l&#039;Atlantique Nord (OTAN) en avril, la lev\u00e9e du blocus de Berlin (mai), le premier essai de la bombe atomique par la Russie (ao\u00fbt) et la proclamation de la R\u00e9publique populaire de Chine par Mao Zedong (octobre). Un monde en pleine mutation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce contexte, en 1949&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aiglon.ch\/about\/founder-history\">John Corlette<\/a>&nbsp;Il a cr\u00e9\u00e9 notre \u00e9cole, une \u00e9cole qui valorise le d\u00e9veloppement personnel, la flexibilit\u00e9 et encourage la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. Dans un monde de grande incertitude, il \u00e9tait convaincu que pour que l&#039;\u00e9ducation ait de la valeur et un impact, elle devait \u00eatre holistique, fond\u00e9e sur l&#039;exp\u00e9rience et con\u00e7ue pour \u00ab\u00a0pr\u00e9parer les \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 demain et \u00e0 un monde en perp\u00e9tuel mouvement\u00a0\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soixante-seize ans plus tard, et si des statistiques comme celles cit\u00e9es par Pinker (2011) sugg\u00e8rent que l&#039;humanit\u00e9 vit une \u00e8re de paix et de prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, la nature du \u00ab\u00a0changement constant\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9volu\u00e9. Aujourd&#039;hui, c&#039;est la technologie, avec les mutations exponentielles de l&#039;intelligence artificielle (IA), de l&#039;Internet des objets (IoT), de l&#039;informatique quantique, de l&#039;IA incarn\u00e9e et des interfaces cerveau-ordinateur (ICO), qui cr\u00e9e \u00e0 nouveau un avenir impossible \u00e0 pr\u00e9dire. Ce qui semble certain, c&#039;est que le changement se produira \u00e0 une vitesse sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, l&#039;humanit\u00e9 tirant parti de ces nouvelles technologies pour son propre b\u00e9n\u00e9fice, celui des entreprises et de la nation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, comment pr\u00e9parons-nous les \u00e9tudiants d\u2019Aiglon, 76 ans plus tard, \u00e0 un avenir impossible \u00e0 pr\u00e9dire enti\u00e8rement ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9ponse d\u2019Aiglon ne r\u00e9side pas dans la pr\u00e9diction de l\u2019avenir, mais dans la culture de l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit, des comp\u00e9tences et du caract\u00e8re qui permettent aux \u00e9tudiants de s\u2019\u00e9panouir quel que soit ce que l\u2019avenir leur r\u00e9serve.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00ab Esprit, Corps, Esprit \u00bb comme fondement d&#039;une vie digne d&#039;\u00eatre v\u00e9cue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, l&#039;\u00e9cole a condens\u00e9 la vision de John Corlette dans cette devise simple mais puissante\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Esprit, Corps, \u00c2me\u00a0\u00bb. J&#039;ose croire que John Corlette aurait approuv\u00e9 cette devise, car elle r\u00e9sume parfaitement ce que nous faisons en tant qu&#039;\u00e9cole au quotidien, dans tous les domaines.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Esprit<\/strong>\u00c0 Aiglon, l&#039;apprentissage ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 l&#039;apprentissage en vue d&#039;un examen ou d&#039;un manuel, mais \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9veil de la curiosit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e8ves, au d\u00e9veloppement de leur esprit critique et \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes. Chacun peut \u00eatre cr\u00e9atif et avoir ses propres id\u00e9es originales s&#039;il est encourag\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et \u00e0 partager ouvertement ses id\u00e9es. L&#039;accent mis par l&#039;ensemble de l&#039;\u00e9cole sur la promotion de l&#039;oralit\u00e9 a donn\u00e9 \u00e0 chacun une voix \u00e9gale et le m\u00eame droit d&#039;\u00eatre entendu en classe. Dans un monde futur o\u00f9 l&#039;intelligence artificielle (IA) est omnipr\u00e9sente, la capacit\u00e9 d&#039;\u00e9coute, de r\u00e9flexion, de poser les bonnes questions, d&#039;analyser l&#039;information de mani\u00e8re critique et d&#039;innover sera essentielle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corps<\/strong>Le programme Aiglons encourage chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper sa r\u00e9silience physique, son esprit d&#039;\u00e9quipe et \u00e0 repousser ses limites gr\u00e2ce aux exp\u00e9ditions en plein air, au sport et au ski. Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves apprennent \u00e9norm\u00e9ment en dehors des cours\u00a0: ils d\u00e9veloppent leur endurance, leur pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance, leur autonomie et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer l&#039;inconfort et \u00e0 surmonter des d\u00e9fis apparemment insurmontables. Bien que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves per\u00e7oivent souvent le temps pass\u00e9 en montagne comme un d\u00e9veloppement physique, ils d\u00e9veloppent en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 leur force mentale, leur d\u00e9termination et un \u00e9tat d&#039;esprit de d\u00e9veloppement, essentiels pour surmonter l&#039;incertitude du futur.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Esprit:<\/strong>&nbsp;Le d\u00e9veloppement du caract\u00e8re, le raisonnement \u00e9thique, le sens des responsabilit\u00e9s et le sens du service sont tout aussi importants \u00e0 Aiglon. Chaque nouvelle ann\u00e9e scolaire d\u00e9bute par un message d&#039;ouverture du directeur de l&#039;\u00e9cole sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la bienveillance en toutes circonstances. Ce ne sont pas de simples mots. Aiglon vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper chez chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve le sens moral, l&#039;int\u00e9grit\u00e9, la compassion et l&#039;engagement au service de tous. Dans un monde d&#039;incertitude, ces valeurs guideront les \u00e9l\u00e8ves dans le choix de la bonne voie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adopter l&#039;apprentissage exp\u00e9rientiel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Au-del\u00e0 de la salle de classe<\/strong>Aiglon ne confine pas l&#039;apprentissage \u00e0 la salle de classe. L&#039;apprentissage exp\u00e9rientiel, par le biais d&#039;exp\u00e9ditions comme le camp spatial de la NASA, la navigation dans les \u00eeles grecques ou les missions de service au Maroc et au Costa Rica, permet d&#039;appliquer directement les connaissances acquises en classe \u00e0 des situations r\u00e9elles, d\u00e9veloppant ainsi comp\u00e9tences, adaptabilit\u00e9 et d\u00e9couverte de soi. D\u00e8s ao\u00fbt 2025, Aiglon renforcera son engagement en faveur de l&#039;innovation avec l&#039;ouverture de deux nouveaux espaces de pointe\u00a0: le \u00ab\u00a0Laboratoire d&#039;innovation appliqu\u00e9e et de robotique\u00a0\u00bb (AIR Lab) et le \u00ab\u00a0Laboratoire des technologies \u00e9mergentes\u00a0\u00bb (ET Lab). Il accueillera \u00e9galement nos \u00e9quipes e-sport en pleine croissance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Int\u00e9gration et utilisation de la technologie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Former les \u00e9ducateurs<\/strong>Aiglon s&#039;attache \u00e0 former ses enseignants \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension et \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9gration des nouveaux outils num\u00e9riques, comme l&#039;IA, en classe. La feuille de route informatique 2025-2027 de l&#039;\u00e9cole vise \u00e0 donner aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves et au personnel d&#039;Aiglon les moyens d&#039;utiliser la technologie et l&#039;IA pour simplifier les processus, supprimer les obstacles et favoriser l&#039;innovation.
