As part of Institut auf dem Rosenberg’s Talent & Enrichment Gourmet weekend, 10 students were given the unique opportunity to participate in a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant culinary class led by Elodie Jacot at the Restaurant de l’Hôtel de Ville de Crissier in Switzerland. The Académie de Cuisine B. Violier offered them the chance to immerse themselves in the kitchen where they could discover and explore new tastes, smells and complex cooking techniques.
