A key requirement is the ability to demonstrate a long tradition of educational excellence with at least 50 years experience in providing education and boarding facilities.
The establishment must be accredited by the relevant authorities.

The Swiss hotel schools combine hotel management and international business in a multicultural environment. The curricula of these institutes cover the whole of the hospitality industry from rooms division management to finance and general management.
